CPI Return, Exchange, Restocking & Shipping Policies How to return your item: Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be returned with in 30 days of purchase. All items returned are subject to at least a 20% restocking charge (depending on the item), unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Note: Items used, worn or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee: All items are subject to at least a 20% restocking fee (Depending on the item). This will be deducted from your refund. Also, we do not refund the original shipping & handling cost that you paid on the order. Exchange Policy: If your item has not been installed & is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for similar item. You will NOT be subject to a restocking fee BUT you will still have to pay return shipping. Shipping Policy: All orders are processed & shipped Monday – Friday 8am -4:30pm eastern standard time. Please see individual items for estimated ship times or call (901) 452-6396 for estimated deliveries. We use UPS & FedEx to deliver all items.
